How long does engraving usually take?
Most orders are completed within 5 to 10 business days after payment confirmation. Complex custom projects can take longer, but we always share an update before production starts.
Can I upload my own design, logo, or idea?
Yes. In the custom order flow you can upload reference files such as JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, or ZIP. We use these files to match your requested style as closely as possible.
Do you engrave both visors and windscreens?
Yes. Static Visions supports custom engraving for helmet visors and motorcycle windscreens. Product-specific details are captured in the order flow.
How do shipping and pickup work?
You can choose shipping or drop-off and pickup during checkout. For pickup orders we contact you directly to schedule a date and location.
Can I track my order status?
Yes. Use the Order Tracking page with your order number and email. If a shipment has been created, tracking details appear there as soon as available.
Can I request changes after placing the order?
Yes, as long as production has not started. Contact us quickly via WhatsApp or email and include your order number so we can confirm what can still be adjusted.
Are custom engraved products refundable?
Custom products are generally not eligible for standard returns. If there is a quality issue or delivery problem, contact us and we will work with you on a solution.
What payment methods do you support?
Payments are processed securely through Mollie. Available payment options depend on your region and the methods enabled at checkout.
